He began his podcasting journey in 2013 as the creator, co-producer, and host of the popular Theater People podcast, a show featuring full-length interviews with Tony winners, Broadway legends, and today’s brightest theater stars. Theater People was recently included on NPR’s hand-picked list of the best podcasts on the internet, was included on Buzzfeed.com's list of the 22 best pop-culture podcasts online, and was named an honoree in the category of "Best Podcast" by the 2015 Webby Awards.
In partnership with TodayTix, Patrick launched Broadway Backstory in 2016. Through interviews with the creators, actors, writers, directors, and producers who lived it, Broadway Backstory finds out how beloved shows developed from an idea to a full Broadway production.
In 2017, Patrick was tapped by Disney Theatrical Productions to produce and host The Official Disney On Broadway Podcast .
