In May of 2001, 24 year old Washingtond DC intern, Chandra Levy, vanished. As her parents and investigators frantically searched for her, rumors of a relationship with a powerful Congressman surface. A year later, when her body is found 4 miles from where she was last seen, it raises more questions than answers. A suspect is named and charged, but is he the right guy? What is the Congressman hiding? And most importantly, who killed Chandra?

The discussion in this post presents the case in a very clear and engaging way, making a complex and long-running investigation easier to follow. The way the details are organized helps readers understand how many uncertainties still remain around the Chandra Levy case. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, and it offered an interesting perspective as well, especially in how public narratives can shape perception of unresolved cases. It also reminded me of another online discussion where fake college diploma was casually referenced in the context of evaluating credibility in different sources. Overall, this was a very informative and thought-provoking read.
